Marketing Virtual Assistant Job Opportunity

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, managing email marketing campaigns, conducting market research and competitor analysis, creating marketing reports, and tracking campaign performance.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, AI software, and project management platforms. You will be working closely with our marketing team to develop and implement strategic marketing efforts and daily administrative tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Digital Marketing Experience: Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, PPC, SEO, and content planning.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • AI Productivity Tools: Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, and other similar software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and external partners.
