Digital Marketing Leader Job Summary:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth, expand brand awareness, and boost engagement across various platforms. This role involves managing and optimizing paid social campaigns, creating captivating organic content, monitoring industry trends and competitors, and tracking performance metrics to refine content and ad strategies.

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

Lead the development of integrated digital marketing plans that align with business objectives, focusing on lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.

Social Media Management

Manage and optimize paid social campaigns using Meta Business Manager, targeting specific audience segments and maximizing ROI. Create engaging organic content aligned with brand voice and objectives, publishing it across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

HubSpot Expertise

Oversee HubSpot Sales, Marketing, Content, Web, Automation, and CRM hubs to support business goals. Manage and update websites through HubSpot's CMS, ensuring accurate, up-to-date product information and SEO-friendly content. Implement lead nurturing workflows and marketing automation to increase engagement and conversions.

Google AdWords Campaigns

Develop and manage Google AdWords campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions. Perform keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to optimize ad performance. Track and analyze AdWords metrics to assess campaign success and identify areas for improvement.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing techniques and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience in managing online advertising campaigns and leveraging analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
