Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive business growth.

  • Develop and execute end-to-end automated email nurture sequences tailored to different customer types.
  • Design, write, and schedule regular eDMs including campaigns, educational content, and promotional offers.
  • Optimize email and campaign performance through A/B testing, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Create on-brand digital assets including graphics, campaign visuals, landing pages, social posts, and print collateral.
  • Maintain consistent visual identity and tone of voice across all digital and print materials.
  • Manage and schedule social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and respond to social media community engagement and direct messages.
  • Plan and publish social content aligned with brand strategy, seasonal campaigns, and audience needs.
  • Maintain and update Shopify and WordPress websites, including content, layouts, banners, and basic UX enhancements.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years experience in a similar digital marketing/design role.
  • Strong design skills using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Experience using platforms like Hubspot, WordPress/Shopify.
  • A strong understanding of customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset—you love seeing a task through from start to finish.
