As a specialist in paid digital marketing, you will manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms. Your primary objective is to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize return on investment.

  1. Audit existing campaigns to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize them.
  2. Create, manage, and optimize online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels.
  3. Conduct thorough research of target audiences and keywords to configure conversion tracking and enhance landing page performance.
  4. Analyze campaign data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  5. Perform deep analysis of conversions to understand key factors and obstacles.
  6. Review existing research, conduct new interviews, and analyze comments on platforms like Facebook and Reddit to gain deep insights into target audiences.
  7. Collaborate with stakeholders to align online advertising campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
  8. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in online advertising.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills:

  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign data to drive results
  • Prior experience as a specialist in paid digital marketing or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of online advertising platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.)
  • Proficiency in managing and optimizing online advertising campaigns
  • Ability to conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Google Ads certification is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • Lead Generation Conversion Optimization
  • E-commerce conversion optimization experience
  • Experience in setting up and testing campaigns from scratch
  • Knowledge of default settings at various paid campaign sources, including recommendations from platform representatives, and understanding which settings should be left on or turned off, with reasons
