The role is responsible for processing and managing SMSF accounting and compliance tasks, preparing workpapers, reconciliations, and reports for SMSF clients, and ensuring compliance with ATO and Superannuation Industry requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage SMSF accounting and compliance tasks within Class Super.
- Prepare workpapers, reconciliations, and reports for SMSF clients.
- Assist with preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and regulatory documents.
- Perform bank reconciliations, investment reconciliations, and member statements.
- Ensure compliance with ATO and Superannuation Industry requirements.
- Minimum 2+ years' experience working with SMSFs in Australia.
- Strong working knowledge of Class Super.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reconciliations, formulas, data analysis).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and accuracy.
