Key Role Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-driven and analytical Financial Analyst to support cross-functional teams by organizing workflows, managing datasets, and driving process improvements. This role involves working closely with departments like finance, sales, HR, and IT to ensure data accuracy, streamline operations, and uphold quality standards.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in data analysis and financial modeling. They should be eager to learn, comfortable with evolving tools, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced, growing company.

  • Assist in organizing and managing workflows and datasets across multiple departments (finance, sales, IT, HR), ensuring information and documentation are properly structured.
  • Work closely with team members to make sure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time.
  • Classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility.
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks.
  • Help enforce process and quality standards across teams.
  • Take ownership of routine administrative and follow-up tasks, freeing up senior team members for strategic work.
About the Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or another analytical field and at least 4-5 years of related work experience as an analyst.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and the ability to build and work with financial/data models.

A strong command of English (spoken and written) is also essential, along with being organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or another analytical field.
  • Atleast 4-5 years of related work experience as an analyst.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to build and work with financial/data models.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
