Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Training Officer to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that enhance sales team performance and product knowledge.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring the sales team is well-equipped to effectively promote and sell consumer electronics products.


Responsibilities
  • Design and implement customized sales and product training initiatives
  • Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources
  • Deliver training sessions in-person and remotely, utilizing diverse training methodologies
  • Evaluate and improve training effectiveness based on feedback and performance results
  • Stay updated on product details and sales techniques to maintain relevant training content
  • Collaborate with sales managers and stakeholders to identify and address training needs

Requirements
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, particularly in sales or product-focused roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design principles
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
