Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide prompt and courteous assistance to both borrowers and loan consultants, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Develop the skills and knowledge of recruited Loan Consultants through targeted training and policy updates, empowering them to excel in their roles.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor Loan Consultants' endorsements up to account releases, providing guidance and support where needed to ensure seamless operations.
  • Target Achievement: Collaborate with the Regional Manager to set and achieve ambitious targets, driving business growth and success.
  • Industry Experience: Possess relevant working experience in lending/financing/sales, with a proven track record of recruiting clients and driving revenue growth.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, prioritizing their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional results.
