Job Description:

As a Service Coordinator at Power Maintenance Corp., you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer service experiences. Under the direction of your immediate supervisor, you will coordinate and manage various aspects of customer service, including but not limited to:
  • Organizing and distributing work among team members
  • Verifying tasks and activities
  • Serving as a resource person for customers and colleagues alike

 

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Handling customer requests, inquiries, and complaints efficiently and effectively
  • Ordering parts and equipment as needed, while maintaining accurate inventory levels
  • Performing administrative and accounting tasks relevant to the unit's activities

 

Requirements:

To succeed in this position, you must possess the following qualifications:
  • A proven track record as a Service Coordinator or similar role
  • The ability to manage leads and opportunities with ease
  • The initiative to follow through on acquired leads and opportunities

 

Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Administration, or Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong listening skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
