Join Stolt-Nielsen's Global Shared Service Center as an Accounts Payable Junior Associate, contributing to international logistics.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Perform necessary transactional processing and meet KPIs.
  • Keep updated on process developments and changes.
  • Participate in meetings and suggest process improvements.
  • Handle queries and escalate issues to the Team Leader/Supervisor.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, IFRS, or applicable GAAP.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
About You:

Candidates should have:

  • 1 year of relevant Accounts Payable experience in a Shared Service Center; fresh graduates may apply.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any business-related courses.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly invoice/payable processing.
  • Promptness in handling queries from suppliers and internal customers.
  • Adherence to SOP on invoice processing and issue resolution.
