Main Responsibilities:
- Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to company processes and procedures when developing and maintaining process documentation, guaranteeing consistency and accuracy.
- Regulatory Compliance: Comply with relevant legislation, industry codes, and company policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of governance and compliance.
- Security and Data Privacy: Understand and ensure security and data privacy standards are maintained in relation to delivered reports, safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other departments or partnering with stakeholders to ensure success of learning and development activities, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
- Customer Service: Deliver a high level of customer service across the L&L team globally, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring smooth logistics and timely delivery of services.
- Data Analysis: Coordinate with Academy counterparts in providing data and analysis, supporting informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- LMS Administration: Administer the day-to-day operations of the LMS, serving as the point of contact for technical questions or troubleshooting and communicating issues to stakeholders as warranted.
- Curriculum Development: Work closely with curriculum development teams and training committees to ensure online trainings are set up/configured accurately, meeting the needs of diverse learners.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain a learning management system (LMS) that meets all regulatory compliance needs, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- LMS Functions: Manage LMS functions, which include monitoring of course content, course approvals, and ensuring processes are completed within given timeframes.
- Leadership Academy Systems: Administer leadership academy systems, including Cornerstone, POL, Qualtrics, and Workday HRIS, streamlining administrative tasks and enhancing efficiency.
- Academy Processes: Support the design of Academy processes/programs, contributing to the development of innovative and effective solutions.
- Communications: Create and maintain related communications across all academy processes, ensuring clear and concise messaging.
- Logistics Management: Work closely with vendors in managing logistics for Academy Programs, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
- Reporting: Prepare, deliver, and manage reports as requested on a regular and ad-hoc basis, providing actionable insights and supporting business decisions.
