Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Reconciliation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of fund reconciliations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Perform daily reconciliations for fund accounts, verifying that all transactions are accurately reflected in our records.
  • Manage fund operations, including trade settlements, cash management, and reporting, to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes, promoting efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting fund operations, staying informed about changes and updates.
  • Generate and review reports to ensure alignment with organizational goals and client expectations, providing valuable insights and recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • CPA certification is required.
  • At least 10 years of experience in fund reconciliations, fund operations, and project management.
  • Strong logical and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools used in banking and financial services, as well as the ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with global stakeholders.
