Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

 

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing daily accounting activities, and ensuring timely month-end closes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Operations: Develop and implement financial policies and procedures, manage cash flow, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Accounting Activities: Oversee daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Month-End Closes: Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and balance sheet review.
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with financial regulations and laws, including tax filings and audits.

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in finance and accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP and tax laws.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills required.
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software preferred.
