Job Summary:

This role involves managing financial operations across multiple entities, including the Australian division and expanding to European operations.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in various accounting systems and be proficient in Excel for data analysis and record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable invoices and payments
  • Handle accounts receivable sales entries and statements
  • Download and prepare financial reports from various systems
  • Perform data entry and maintain records in accounting systems
  • Process transactions in Dext and Xero for Australian operations
  • Learnaudit and operate Exact and Facecode systems for European operations
  • Generate and distribute financial statements
  • Maintain accurate financial records across entities
  • Execute Excel functions like vlookup for analysis

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Dext and Xero
  • Strong Excel skills, especially vlookup
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy
  • Quick learner of new accounting systems
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Professional English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Basic accounting knowledge
