Job Title: Compliance Monitoring Specialist

Our organization is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to oversee compliance across various channels.

This includes email marketing, social media, and paid search. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to brand guidelines and regulatory standards using proactive monitoring, manual checks, and specialized tools.

  • Compliance Monitoring : Proactively monitor brand compliance across third-party email campaigns, social media, paid search, and other advertising channels.
  • Tool Proficiency : Familiarity with compliance tools is preferred, but training will be provided.
  • Regulatory Knowledge : Understand email marketing regulations like CAN-SPAM and compliance standards for paid media.

The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized with a sharp eye for spotting compliance issues.

They will be comfortable using monitoring tools such as Google Alerts and performing manual checks when necessary.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to collaborate with publishers and report findings to the team.

The successful candidate will be quick to identify non-compliance and adapt to new tools or processes to ensure standards are met.
