Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to final hiring.
  • Conduct thorough employment verification and monitoring requirements for hired applicants.
  • Provide comprehensive HR orientation and deliver new hires kits and necessary documents to newly hired employees.
  • Accurately encode data of new hires into HRIS or manpower tracker within the designated timeframe.
  • Consistently update HR reports specifically focusing on recruitments.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Provide assistance and coordination for the overall maintenance of Prosper's offices and condo units in the region.
  • Facilitate local company events and outreach programs.
  • Attend legal proceedings if needed and serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related concerns and queries.

 

Qualifications:

  • Residing in Iloilo City.
  • Laptop with i5 processor and 8GB RAM.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace, with HRIS system being a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain a strong work ethic and flexible schedule.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
