Business Analyst for Learning and Development

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team, responsible for supporting Learning & Development operations with learning analytics and automation solutions.

This role offers the opportunity to work on various learning innovations, partnering with business leaders and technology teams to improve business processes and gather information on learning utilization and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have experience in complex problem-solving, process improvement, and analyzing data to recommend solutions.

  • Gather data business requirements, including key L&D analytics and industry metrics
  • Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements
  • Design, develop, and distribute L&D metrics reporting and visualization
  • Manage learner groups and assignment of Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety (EOHS) regulatory training

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in business analysis, including working with internal business partners and technology leads
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI and Smartsheet
  • Solid knowledge of data analysis and business intelligence reporting
  • Proficiency in Office 365 Suite of Tools
