Job Opportunity

The Senior Payroll Associate is an experienced professional responsible for managing payroll processing activities. This role requires a deep understanding of payroll systems and regulations, with the ability to implement process improvements and ensure compliance across assigned operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Australia Payroll in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Oversee payroll data processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including salaries, hours worked, and deductions.
  • Verify and reconcile employee data, providing support to employees as needed.
  • Assist with payroll tax calculations and filings, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the implementation of new payroll processes and systems, driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • At least 3 years of experience in payroll or a related field, with a strong focus on compliance and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
