You'll be responsible for managing collection activities of your team's portfolio, including issue resolution and process efficiency.

This involves all aspects of the collection process, identifying customer billing issues, and reducing accounts receivables.

  1. Lead a team of account specialists for assigned portfolios and monitor their performance.
  2. Understand customer requirements and resolve complaints by seeking solutions with operational or sales teams.
  3. Participate in portfolio monitoring meetings with local teams, following up and providing feedback within established deadlines.
  4. Ensure prompt payment from customers through regular follow-ups and tracking via email or phone call.
  5. Timely reconciliation and sharing of statements of accounts with customers.
  6. Proactively provide pre-alert notifications on credit status for existing or potential trading partners.
  7. Understand the end-to-end accounts receivable process, lead continuous improvement, and drive productivity.
  8. Act on customer feedback regarding invoicing issues, discrepancies, and clarifications with relevant stakeholders.
  9. Analyze assigned accounts and execute a collection plan independently.
