Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Supervisor to oversee the accounts payable team, direct the processing of invoices and payments, and manage expense accounts and reports.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading staff members in the preparation of monthly and quarterly accounting reports, ensuring correct payments are made in a timely manner, and developing guidelines for proper handling and coding of invoices to maintain general ledger expense accounts.
  • They will also analyze expense reports and other invoices for accuracy and eligibility for payment, reconcile accounts payable, individual reimbursement, rental related accounts and other assigned accounts, and monitor the reimbursement of region.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy, accounting technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years relevant work experience in finance or accounting or a similar field preferred.
  • Experience in e-commerce or logistics is a plus.

This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure, strong organization and project management skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant software.
