- Lead and motivate sales and operations consultants to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain operational efficiency by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Provide expert consultation services on immigration visas, including eligibility assessment and visa solutions.
- Design and implement coaching and training programs for sales and operations teams.
Key Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of management experience in healthcare consulting.
- A proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
