  • Collaborate with architectural and structural teams to ensure design compatibility and regulatory compliance, driving project success.
  • Revise and update technical drawings based on project specifications and markups, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Conduct technical reviews and contribute to the development of project documentation, providing valuable insights and recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a strong foundation in mathematics and science.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical design and drafting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong knowledge of New York City building codes and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in practical scenarios.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, with the ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
