We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Policy Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies that safeguard our clients' platforms, users, and brands.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in policy development, operations, content moderation, or a similar analytical and operational role. They will possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing directions with limited guidance.

About This Role

  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies that balance user safety, product goals, and commercial realities.

  • Operational Alignment: Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Learning Experience teams to analyze policy effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

  • Client & Stakeholder Consultation: Act as a policy advisor to internal leaders and client contacts, providing concise recommendations and guidance.

  • Trend Analysis & Recommendations: Continuously monitor policy application, spot emerging trends or potential issues, and offer data-driven suggestions for policy refinement and program enhancement.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in policy development, operations, content moderation, or a similar analytical and operational role.

  • Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing directions with limited guidance.

  • Qualifications: Proven ability to create and refine policy in partnership with large-scale operations or BPO environments.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
