We are currently looking for a skilled Ticketing Agent to join our team. As a Ticketing Agent, you will be responsible for managing client reservations and bookings for flights, ensuring precision and effectiveness. You will also issue tickets, check passenger details, handle refunds, cancellations, and changes in accordance with corporate guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client reservations and bookings for flights
  • Issue tickets, check passenger details, and handle refunds, cancellations, and changes
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to questions and issues about bookings and tickets

Requirements:
*Bachelor's Degree holder
*At least 1 year of working experience in Ticketing
*Amenable to work on site
*Able to attend face-to-face interviews upon request
*Experience working in BPO or Travel Agency Company
