Job Opportunity: AI Automation Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an AI Automation Engineer.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity to work on agent-driven systems, automating manual services and turning them into efficient workflows using artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize and define success metrics with the CTO.
  • Develop and ship AI-first utilities or integrate them into existing products, measuring their impact.
  • Debug front-end, back-end, and infrastructure issues when agents malfunction.
  • Safeguard sensitive data and maintain a zero-tolerance policy for security regressions.
  • Stay up-to-date with bleeding-edge models, frameworks, and agent designs, and track their performance.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Extensive experience building and shipping SaaS products.
  • Production experience with AI/ML systems, prompt engineering, and automation orchestration.
  • Rapid prototyping skills; features should be delivered in hours, not days.
  • Previous automation work that demonstrated measurable business value.
  • A strong security mindset for handling sensitive data.
  • Self-directed and committed to ongoing learning and development.
