Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ADU feasibility, site planning, architectural design, and permitting.

About the Role
  • The successful applicant will be responsible for managing their own projects independently, while collaborating with the remote team through project reviews, process improvements, and daily communication.
  • They will develop design concepts, prepare architectural drawings, integrate permitting processes, work with city planners, and create 2D and 3D renderings.
Technical Requirements
  • Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD is required.
  • Experience modeling from point clouds in Revit is highly desirable.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • They should be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture is essential.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a multi-client architectural environment is preferred.
  • Proven ability to prepare detailed construction documents is necessary.
