Host Activation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Host Activation Specialist to support our hosts in listing their properties on our marketplace. This role is critical in ensuring every requirement is met for smooth listings.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, pay close attention to detail, and consistently show up prepared and on time. They must take ownership of responsibilities and be accountable for tasks done accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the property onboarding checklist to ensure all key milestones are completed on time.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to resolve listing issues such as missing details or incorrect pricing.
  • Meet or exceed internal targets for property activation speed and quality.
  • Verify that each listing meets our property quality standards before going live.
  • Confirm all activation requirements are complete, including host lease documents, host training link, Salesforce commission tracker, and accurate listing details.
  • Support the overall property activation process to ensure a smooth and timely go-live.
  • Stay highly responsive to communicate updates, resolve issues quickly, and coordinate with internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain details clearly and confidently.
  • A strong sense of ownership - someone committed to showing up, getting things done quickly, and taking full accountability for their work.
  • Eager to continuously learn, adapt quickly to new tools and technologies, and build knowledge of the real estate business.
  • Detail-oriented approach with the ability to follow a structured onboarding process while also spotting opportunities for improvement.
  • High energy and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote startup environment where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple activations and competing priorities without losing track.
  • Critical thinking skills and a problem-solving mindset to navigate complex or unexpected situations with confidence.
  • Comfortable and confident when interacting with our Account Executives and Customer Success Managers, establishing trust through professionalism and empathy.
