
Global Property Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Support Specialist to join our team. As a trusted partner, you will provide exceptional support to our executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and make travel arrangements with ease
- Assist with administrative tasks related to property management, including listing management, contract preparation, and compliance maintenance
- Utilize CRM and social media tools to drive campaigns and engage with clients
- Leverage property management software to manage property information, payments, and tenant communications
- Provide excellent customer service by answering client calls with professionalism and addressing inquiries or routing them to the appropriate person
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with confidence in handling client and tenant interactions
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in real estate or property management
- Familiarity with CRM and/or property management software (preferred)
- Ability to work in US time zones and start within 2 weeks from job offer
