Main Responsibilities
  • Initiate Engagements with Clients through Empathetic Dialogue
  • Gather Information from Current and Prospective Clients while Cultivating Trust

  • Monitor and Respond to Inquiries across Multiple Channels
  • Ensure Accurate Record-Keeping and Reporting Systems
  • Evaluate Cases for Suitability and Ensure Client Satisfaction
  • Schedule Appointments and Meetings with Care
  • Navigate Complex Communications with Various Parties
  • Assist Attorneys with Case Administration and Data Management
  • Organize Case Files for Efficient Access
Requirements
  1. Minimum 6-12 Months of Experience in a Legal Setting, preferably with Medical or Personal Injury Background
  2. Bilingual Spanish Skills are an Asset
  3. Ability to Thrive in High-Volume, Fast-Paced Environments
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
  5. Commitment to Delivering Exceptional Client Experiences
  6. Strong Time Management, Documentation, and Self-Accountability Skills
  7. Exceptional Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  8. Superior Organizational Abilities with Prioritization Expertise
