Customer Experience Specialist

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our clients through inbound calls. With outstanding communication skills and a passion for problem-solving, you will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service by utilizing proper phone etiquette and addressing customers' needs with accuracy and empathy.
  • Communicate effectively to process inquiries, solve problems, and escalate calls as necessary.
  • Document all calls professionally and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, adhering to structured internet rules and regulations on the call center floor.
  • Participate in required training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Age 18 years or older.
  • 1 year of Customer Service experience or Call Center experience with desktop applications experience.
  • Effective communication and literacy skills, with the ability to read scripted responses naturally and confidently.
  • Professional Proficiency (speaking, listening, reading) in English and Target Language.
  • Ability to interact with diverse customer backgrounds.
  • Excellent computer skills, including quick and accurate typing, and the ability to multitask and review documents with attention to detail.
  • Quality Customer Service Skills.
  • Ability to handle escalated calls with empathy and professionalism.
  • Decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
