As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our clients through inbound calls. With outstanding communication skills and a passion for problem-solving, you will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service by utilizing proper phone etiquette and addressing customers' needs with accuracy and empathy.
- Communicate effectively to process inquiries, solve problems, and escalate calls as necessary.
- Document all calls professionally and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, adhering to structured internet rules and regulations on the call center floor.
- Participate in required training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Age 18 years or older.
- 1 year of Customer Service experience or Call Center experience with desktop applications experience.
- Effective communication and literacy skills, with the ability to read scripted responses naturally and confidently.
- Professional Proficiency (speaking, listening, reading) in English and Target Language.
- Ability to interact with diverse customer backgrounds.
- Excellent computer skills, including quick and accurate typing, and the ability to multitask and review documents with attention to detail.
- Quality Customer Service Skills.
- Ability to handle escalated calls with empathy and professionalism.
- Decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
