Family Empowerment Associate

The Family Empowerment Associate role at our organization is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of families.

This position requires a passionate and empathetic individual who can work with real families, understanding their needs and challenges. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, experience in business analytics, and proficiency in using spreadsheets and growth dashboards.

The primary responsibility of the Family Empowerment Associate is to own and drive the family empowerment function. This involves managing the family training pipeline, helping families reach their potential, and supporting best-in-class clinical training to care for others.

The successful candidate will be responsible for uplifting our families, guiding them through the healthcare and training maze, and being their biggest cheerleader during highs and lows. Additionally, they will partner with technology, clinical, and product teams across the organization to advance our mission.
