Business Analyst - Sales Strategy

This role is designed to play a pivotal part in the company's sales success by providing data-driven insights and developing sales strategies.

The Business Analyst - Sales Strategy will work closely with leadership and sales teams to drive business growth, optimize sales performance, and achieve revenue targets.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Sales Planning: Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to develop sales plans and strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Sales Data Analysis: Analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities and challenges, and provide actionable insights to improve sales strategies and tactics.
  • Sales Forecasting: Work with sales leaders to set achievable sales targets and quotas, and collaborate with sales teams to develop accurate sales forecasts.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate sales team performance, create reports and dashboards using reporting tools, and provide actionable insights to help sales managers make informed decisions.
  • Performance Tracking: Provide regular reports and updates on KPIs to management and sales teams, communicate insights and performance updates to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations, and provide feedback and recommendations to improve sales team performance.

This role requires a combination of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and effective communication to succeed in a dynamic sales environment. It involves staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, and conducting ad hoc analyses as requested by the sales leadership team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent analytical skills, and experience working with sales teams and leadership.
