Job Overview

Vendor Management Analyst Role Summary:

This role involves overseeing the vendor management process, ensuring timely payments and accurate records. Key responsibilities include interacting with vendors to obtain necessary documents and enrolling them in the client's system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and validate Landlord change requests for notice addresses, points-of-contact, payment addresses, and ownership changes.
  • Ensure accuracy of Landlord/vendor details entered into the system, adhering to internal vendor management policies and procedures.
  • Work directly with Landlords to obtain necessary documentation and proactively enroll them in the EFT process and/or update their details on the system.
  • Cost Control: Verify invoices are appropriately validated, reviewed, and processed according to lease agreements and internal protocols.
  • Operating Expense Reconciliation: Perform full lease audit functions, processing all reconciliations submitted to audit escrows previously paid, and conduct audits of Year-End Common Area Maintenance (CAM), Insurance, and Real Estate Tax reconciliations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in procurement, supply chain, vendor relationship management, or relevant fields.
  • Proficient in using lease administration and EFT/ERP software, as well as MS Office tools with good presentation skills.
  • A motivated team player who can support a multi-regional and diverse team, engaging others effectively in a matrix organization environment.
  • Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with various options in complex situations.
