Administrative Support Role

This position is designed to support a US-based insurance company in its administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • The incumbent will be responsible for performing various administrative duties, including policy checking, certificate issuance, eligibility processing, quality control and account audits.
Core Duties
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business strategy.
  • Manage business communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform other administrative specialist-related tasks as required.

  • Actively share knowledge and experience through data entry and processing.
  • Demonstrate ability to work well with colleagues and clients and with external organizations.
Benefits
  • A competitive salary package, including 27,000-33,000 PHP/Month Basic Salary.

Work Arrangements
  • Work from Home arrangement available.
  • Physically able to work night shift during U.S. Hours.
  • Minimum internet speed of 6 mbps download and 3 mbps upload; Directly connected into modem; No Satellite. Additional Backup Internet required.
