Search Quality Assurance Specialist

This role involves daily operational tasks such as quality inspection, process optimization, and escalation management for our evaluation project.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily quality checks on internal systems to identify errors and provide feedback to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to stay updated on guideline developments and ensure successful implementation.
  • Monitor the quality scores of evaluators and conduct root cause analysis with the management team.
  • Prepare data analysis/reports for projects and validate reports provided to stakeholders/partners.
  • Localize guidelines and coordinate training schedules with key stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
  • Deliver product/process/guideline training to new joiners.
  • Able to work with sensitive content including child exploitation, diverse perspectives, violence, and adult/sexual content.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities not specifically listed above.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Fluent Tagalog speaker with English as a working language.
  • Background in QA, particularly in search engine evaluation.
  • Familiarity with search engines, social media algorithms, and SEO.
  • Strong capacity to learn and understand new concepts.
  • Proficiency in common office software; labeling experience is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of local culture and internet usage habits.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Overseas working/training experience is beneficial.
