Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks Online.
  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Possess a degree in finance, business management, accounting, or an equivalent field.
  • Have proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting, with at least 8 consecutive months of experience.
  • Be experienced in using QuickBooks Online.
  • Be an expert in Microsoft Excel.
  • Have a solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Be able to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity in all work-related activities.
  • Display intelligent thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances.
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
