About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to contribute to our corporate travel team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding promptly to their needs and inquiries.
  • Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to book flights, hotels, and cars, ensuring seamless travel arrangements.
  • Issue, reissue, and refund flight tickets on GDS, maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
  • Respond to traveler inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of experience working with GDS systems.
  • Proficient in using GDS commands to book and manage travel arrangements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines.
