We're seeking a skilled Travel Agent to join our team. As a key member, you'll provide expert support and guidance to customers planning unforgettable travel experiences.

About the Role:
  • You will assist customers in booking flights, hotels, cruises, and other travel options, ensuring their needs are met with accuracy and care.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries, resolving issues, and offering recommendations tailored to each client's preferences.
Responsibilities:
  1. Manage reservations across various travel providers, including airlines, hotels, car rentals, and tour operators.
  2. Assist customers with booking changes, cancellations, and special requests in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Develop strong relationships with customers through personalized service and proactive communication.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services to offer informed recommendations.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a call center or customer-facing role.
  • Prior experience handling travel bookings and providing excellent customer service is highly valued.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; further education is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
