Job Title: Remote Site Management Coordinator
About the Job:
- This role is responsible for delivering high-quality services to clients as part of a remote site management service capability.
- The remote site management service provides virtual and remote operational support and facilities coordination services for clients' sites across various regions.
About Your Responsibilities:
- You will organize and provide vendors to clients, third parties, and other services.
- You will liaise, coordinate, and communicate with client teams and other stakeholders.
- You will develop detailed knowledge and awareness of assigned sites' operating characteristics and record same in the site records management system.
- You will respond to requests for service and assistance related to assigned sites.
- You will act as the single point of contact between clients and RSM requirements.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of facility management and remote site operational experience.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.
- Internet savvy with advanced IT skills for remote communication.
- Fluent English communication, both oral and written.
