We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the execution and delivery of programs within our Data Governance & Tooling Team and Platform apps team. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of programs from initiation to deployment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of data management frameworks, event-driven architectures, and modern tooling solutions. They will also have experience in the fintech industry or a comparable, highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management and Delivery: Oversee the successful delivery of programs within the Data Governance & Tooling Team and Platform apps team from initiation to deployment.
  • Data Governance Frameworks and Tooling: Drive the development, implementation, and optimization of data governance frameworks and internal tooling capabilities, ensuring regulatory-compliant data management.
  • Platform Apps Program Oversight: Manage the delivery of Apex's Platform apps, products, and programs successfully.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required: In Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM) are preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience: In technical program management, with a focus on data governance, internal tooling infrastructure, and large-scale event-driven systems.
