Job Title: Security Access Specialist

As a seasoned expert in Identity and Access Management, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our organization's digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to access-related incidents, thoroughly investigating anomalies and implementing corrective actions to maintain security posture.
  • Manage Identity and Access Management tools, including Azure AD and Privileged Identity Management, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality.
  • Regularly review user roles and access permissions across subscriptions and Active Directory groups to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Develop onboarding/offboarding processes to enforce least privilege access principles, guaranteeing sensitive data remains secure.
  • Provide timely support for IAM operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IAM governance and automation initiatives, driving innovation and best practices within the organization.
Requirements:
  • A deep understanding of identity management principles and IAM lifecycle operations is essential for success in this role.
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, including RBAC and PIM role activations, is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with AuditLogs and KQL query language is necessary for interpreting access activity and identifying potential security risks.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, combined with attention to detail, are vital for maintaining data accuracy and resolving complex issues.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages, such as PowerShell or KQL, is required for automation and reporting tasks.
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks, including ISO, SOC, or GDPR, is essential for ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills are necessary for working effectively with cross-functional teams.
