Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced bids coordinator to lead end-to-end tender processes across engineering, construction, and infrastructure projects. This role will involve coordinating technical experts, developing high-quality proposals, and driving business growth through successful submissions.

  • Manage tenders, requests for proposal, expressions of interest, and responses to funding opportunities across multiple jurisdictions and environments.
  • Coordinate technical experts to develop compliant, compelling proposals that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Oversee the development of proposals including technical and financial components, donor-funded projects, and other submission requirements.
  • Ensure proposals meet requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain proposal libraries, templates, and content for consistency and efficiency.
  • Lead internal bid reviews, feedback processes, and submission readiness activities.
  • Track pipelines, forecast deadlines, and support pre-positioning with business development teams.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in bid management, tender coordination, or proposals within engineering, construction, or infrastructure consulting.
  • Strong technical foundation with ability to review and interpret technical content.
  • Proven knowledge of donor-funded tendering processes and government/private RFTs.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office, with excellent document formatting skills.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and confident in managing multiple large submissions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across disciplines and engage senior stakeholders.
