Software Engineering Lead Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Lead to oversee the development of innovative digital products.

  • Job Description:
  • As a Software Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for guiding software development teams and collaborating with clients to translate business requirements into impactful applications.
  • Your responsibilities may include providing technical leadership, ensuring successful project delivery, identifying blockers, and upholding best practices in software development, DevOps, and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams.
  2. Ensure successful project delivery through effective planning and execution.
  3. Identify and resolve potential blockers before they impact projects.
  4. Maintain and improve software development processes, including code standards and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in software engineering as a Senior Engineer or Technical Lead.
  • Experience working directly with clients to understand technical requirements.
  • Deep understanding of agile ways of working, best practices, and design patterns.
  • Strong technical skills, including Node.js and React.
