This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned tax professional to assume a leadership role and grow their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax preparation and review, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring and developing others.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the preparation of individual and business tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicate directly with clients to clarify information and deliver expert tax guidance, fostering strong relationships and trust.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement tax strategies and planning for clients, driving business growth and success.
- Participate in and lead an Enrolled Agent (EA) study group, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is highly valued.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Preparer, with a proven track record of excellence in tax review.
- Experience reviewing tax returns, with a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
