Surveyor (Geodetic Engineer)

We are currently recruiting a Surveyor for the Taiheiyo Cement Silo Project in Batangas, Philippines. A complex industrial build involving two reinforced concrete silos with twin inverted cones, custom formwork, prestressed concrete, and slipforming technology. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of site experience, preferably in slip-forming or high-rise construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land and site surveys using total stations, GPS, levels, and other surveying equipment.
• Interpret architectural and engineering plans, and mark out reference points and markers to guide construction teams.
• Prepare and maintain accurate survey reports, records, and maps.
• Establish vertical and horizontal control points for construction layout.
• Perform topographic and as-built surveys.
• Ensure survey data is properly recorded, analysed, and incorporated into design plans.
• Collaborate with civil engineers, architects, and construction managers to ensure designs are accurately executed on site.
• Monitor construction work to ensure compliance with design specifications and boundaries.
• Perform quantity surveys for earthworks, foundations, and structural components as needed.
• Ensure safety and legal compliance of all surveying activities.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Geodetic Engineering (Associate or BS);
• Minimum 3 years' relevant construction surveying/setting-out experience (industrial/high-rise/slipform a plus).
• Proficient with Total Station, GNSS/RTK, digital levelling; working knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
