HR Network Inc is seeking a highly motivated Strategic Account Acquisition Expert to spearhead sales and partnership development initiatives. This exciting opportunity involves building and maintaining strategic relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
About the Position:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targeted revenue growth.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring seamless communication and negotiation.
- Cultivate new sales opportunities through networking and convert them into lasting partnerships.
- Present products and services to potential clients, highlighting their value and benefits.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their evolving needs and preferences.
- Respond to client concerns and resolve issues promptly, prioritizing customer contentment and company reputation.
- Negotiate agreements and maintain accurate records of sales transactions.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales/customer service, preferably as an Account Executive.
- In-depth knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiation principles.
- Outstanding proficiency in MS Office, with experience in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) being a significant advantage.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, coupled with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Business acumen and understanding of sales strategies.
- Passion for sales and business development.
