We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced support professional to join our team as an Assistant to the Entrepreneur.

This role involves providing administrative support to an entrepreneur based in Melbourne, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calendar Management:
    • Manage the entrepreneur's calendar, including time-blocking, meeting preparation, and task prioritization.
  • Accountability and Progress Updates:
    • Maintain daily and weekly accountability around the entrepreneur's goals and tasks.
    • Follow up with internal team members to ensure timely progress and updates.
  • Support Across Multiple Businesses:
    • Support the entrepreneur across multiple businesses: pet supply retailer, property development, cosmetics, and beverage startups.
  • Leadership Priorities:
    • Assist with quarterly/monthly leadership priorities — light Chief of Staff-level involvement.
Requirements:
  • A seasoned EA with strong organizational skills and a proven ability to create and manage systems.
  • A diplomatic communicator who follows up confidently without overstepping.
  • Detail-oriented and autonomous — capable of 'filling in the blanks' and thinking one step ahead.
  • Experienced supporting multiple businesses or executives.
  • Comfortable with fast-paced environments and working across dynamic teams.
Nice To Have:
  • Experience working with investors or board-level stakeholders.
  • Previous remote experience supporting executives in Australia.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and async communication tool.
