We are looking for an exceptional IT Service Management Specialist who can leverage their expertise in ServiceNow to drive business growth and efficiency.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and modules. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements while ensuring scalability and security.

You will utilize best practices in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts. Your expertise will enable you to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure optimal platform performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Design and implement solutions based on business requirements, ensuring scalability and security.
  • Utilize best practices in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and automate processes.
  • Perform thorough impact analysis and testing for ServiceNow upgrades and patches.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure optimal platform performance.
  • Implement, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions using Agile methodologies.
  • Drive innovation by applying automation and integrating third-party applications using REST APIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development and/or architecture.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow product lines, including ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or SPM.
  • Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API) and experience with UI frameworks like Angular or React.
  • Experience with integrations, REST APIs, and automation.
  • Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • ServiceNow certification(s) (preferred but not required).
  • ITIL knowledge or certification is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
