Talent Sourcing and Onboarding Professional

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the recruitment process, identify suitable candidates and ensure smooth onboarding. This position requires strong oral communication skills in English, ability to work independently and adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate with the TA Manager in all aspects of recruiting operations.
- Identify, pre-screen and provide regular updates on candidate sourcing.
- Adhere to standard US processes and provide accurate information when inviting applicants.
- Maintain consistent communication with assigned sites regarding show-up information for invited candidates.
- Monitor compliance with sourcing workflow process and provide feedback on related issues and concerns.
- Execute special projects as required.
- Submit daily productivity reports to HR TA Manager.
- Graduate degree in any discipline or at least a 2nd year college diploma.
- Must be capable of working from home (Internet speed: 15mbps download and upload).
- Must have their own computer/laptop.
- Minimum experience: at least 1 year experience in BPO or in any field.
- Strong oral English communication skills.
- Able to work night shifts.
