Customer Success Marketing Specialist

We're seeking a skilled marketing professional to join our team as a Customer Success Marketing Specialist. In this role, you'll play a critical part in guiding customers through their journey with our product, from initial activation to long-term retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive customer activation and engagement.
  • Develop and manage multilingual lifecycle campaigns, including migrations and major product releases, ensuring seamless execution globally.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as Customer, Product, and Product Marketing, to deliver a unified customer experience for product releases.

Requirements:

  • Proven marketing experience in the SaaS or technology sector, with a strong passion for customer success.
  • Strong working knowledge of marketing automation platforms, AI tools, and social channels is an advantage.
  • Digital native who can leverage AI and new technologies effectively, comfortable juggling multiple projects and driving them to completion.
